I spoke to Rosina, she assisted effectively and efficiently without no hustle. I've been calling but my line with be cut as soon as I mention cancelling. I cancelling due connection issue since I moved. The new address connection is bad, it has nothing to do with rain as my service provider. I am a happy customer.
