I spoke to consultant with regards to the query of my request for swim swap after I spoke to several agent and no one was willing to assist and none of my emails was respond, the consultant name is Curt he was so helpful and a good listener, he was professional in terms of explaining the process of my query and he also apologies on behalf of the service I experienced,I hope other consultant can receive the training in customer service to improve Rain client services
