I signed up on Monday 01/05/2023 with an consultant for uncapped wifi with a Rain 5g router, they insisted on payment before the order could be finalized. On payment which was done immediately and confirmed by Rain and the consultant the order was booked and scheduled for delivery 3-5 days later. I followed up with the courier company and delivery was scheduled for Friday 05/05/2023 between 09h00 and 11h00. This never happened due to Rain cancelling my order without any notice, I called them to clarify but the consultant was busy chewing and the line kept disconnecting after a long battle she couldn't give me any clarity and I requested a refund which will only maybe be authorized 5 days later. This is utter poor.
