I signed on with RAIN the wireless Internet Service Provider on a trial basis and paid the initial fee. My credit card details were captured on their system. After an initial trial of one day it did not work for me so I cancelled my subscription and contacted RAIN to collect their device. I also noticed that money from my credit card was deducted for the next months "subscription". Despite repeated attempts to get a refund and for them to collect their device all I received were promises that my matter will be attended to. So far, I am still waiting. RAIN only seems to deal with customers by way of WhatsApp. I am not sure how much is automated.
