I sent in a request for an agent to call me.David returned my request in a matter if few minutes.What a pleasant guy to interact with.My Rain wifi contract was finalized in literally less than 10mins.I had email issues that were delayed I couldn't get the payment link he tried all 3 different emails with so much gentleness and patience.i am in the service space and I really take being given outstanding service seriously.May you flourish in your career Dave & I hope your company sees the outstanding work you do!
