I sent a call back message on their website yesterday afternoon (10 December 2023, 16:20). The agent called me within 15minutes of sending the enquiry about the rain one home package. By 16:35 my router was ordered and the delivery processed. Thank you very much to Sivenathi Tyakume for her excellent service.
