I struggled to get the confirmation speaking with difference consultants with no success until my call was query was attended by Erwin Mateo. He was so sufficient he helped me and resolve my request while l was online when my airtime finished, he called back to make sure l get the email confirmation of the blocked SIM card 15min with him online the problem sorted.
