I requested a suspension of service and a refund on the 25th of March

I requested a suspension of service and a refund on the 25th of March. I was promised a call back or an email for confirmation which I never got. I called back 2 weeks ago and couldn't get assistance. I have emailed them to no response. I called again today and was transferred to someone who kept saying my line is bad and then hung up on me.
