I requested a callback, and before I could go make coffee, the agent phoned me back. 🙂 Sakhile was very helpful and knowledgeable about their processes and how everything fits together. He could answer all my questions and also shared additional info that I did know I needed to know. 😊 All in all, the experience with the calldesk agent was excellent. There was minimal background noise - so we could actually hear each other perfectly. Now I await the delivery of the SIMs etc to get connected! Thank you, Sakhile. 💯
