I requested a call wanting to place an order

I requested a call wanting to place an order. I was gladly called by their consultant but after my payment he didn't call me back to give a reference to collect my order and on top of everything he didn't confirm my order. I'm still waiting. Not sure whether i was ****med or what. I'm not at ease because my money was deducted and i don't even have information about my order
