I requested a call me from Rain 5G and a lady by the name of Mariam Saidi called me back. First of all, her voice was so calming and she spoke clear. She answered all my questions and also answered questions I didn't know I had. She help me through the process and she was so patient and very helpful. She clearly knows what she's doing and understands customer service. I really appreciate her help. Thanks Mariam for all your help. If I may make a suggestion to Rain... please try and reduce for delivery time. Now I have to go and collect my router because I can't wait for 5 to 7 working days for a delivery.
