I requested a call from them to have Wi-Fi set up at my home. Not long after, I got a call from Phatiswa Zaku who was very patient, friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and put me at ease - she made it a pain-free experience. I've heard good things about Rain before, and I'm glad that customer service also seems to be quite good. I have no complaints.
