I requested a call from the website just before i was about to buy online, because i had a few questions. They indeed call me back very quickly after my request and the lady who assisted me was really amazing in just a few minutes - my account was created payment made all over the phone with her, and my delivery planned. Really really efficient customer service for the purchase.
