I requested a call back on Monday morning 25th September via the Rain app. It was a public holiday and I still received a call by 9:20am. The lady that assisted me was really helpful with my queries and also assisted with the Rain sim cards to be delivered to me. I have been with Rain since 2018 and I'm so pleased with their service and network. Thank you Rain
