I requested a call back in the ams. An agent called Natasha called me at 08:03 in the morning. She was great! Walked me through the process of getting wifi. Answered all my questions, addressed my concerns and was just all round lovely. I’m excited to see how my experience with them turns out. Will hopefully come back to review in a few months. But right now, I’m excited to get started with my 5G
