I requested a call back from Rain on 26/06/2023 then Kopano Matabologe called back. She gave me detailed information about the package I chose including the price and also checked coverage in my area. She wasn't rushing to finish. She gave me a listening ear. We couldn't finish as I ddnt enough money in my account. I requested her to call back on the 27th. On the 27th indeed she called me as requested and we finished what we started the previous day. She then gave me options for delivery to choose from. I opted to collect from nearest rain store. She was very helpful, cheerful, pleasant to speak to, good listening skills and great work ethic.
