I regret subscribing to this useless internet provider

The worst network internet service provider, they are ******** and they don't give customers the service they advertise, bad network and all you get is reference numbers when reporting the issues, no one attends to them, when its raining the rain network goes on a vacation, what on earth is that? this is a very useless internet provider

I pay R479 to get good quality internet unlimited service, but I cant even play music online on apple music, I cant watch DSTV app it just doesn't accommodate the app, I cant watch a movie on netflix without buffering, I cant watch videos on netflix, it is slow on twitter, the network is bad

Why haven’t you guys notify us as your clients that “due to 2 sites being down you might experience bad connectivity with your rain network “ ?

We have to go through such platforms to get your attention

Please resolve this matter ASAP cause at the end of the month you guys debit full amount

How long has it been since the sites where down?

How long will it take for them to be fixed?

How long will you be able to credit my account?

Hope you good, please kindly help me once again with the network, it keeps on disconnecting multiple times in an hour

When I’m at work the network is a bit stable but as soon as I walk into the premises of my flat it just goes on and off multiple times 😭💔
