I regret ordering a router online from RAIN

So I placed an order directly on RAIN website on the 1st September 2021 and expected my order to be delivered in 3-5 days... Today it's the 15th Sept 2021 and I am STILL waiting.I am very displeased with them and I wish they could refund me as I paid for a full month internet usage but half the month has passed already.. What is worse is that you cannot go into any of their stores because they don't have any.. You have to call their call centre that is neither helpful. I am very disappointed. I did not pay my multichoice account this month hoping to stream my shows online using their wifi router but i see that ordering from RAIN was my biggest mistake.
