There is absolutely no way that 1 can owe for 5 months while the services are cancelled automatically within 7 days of not paying the premium.


I am still asking nicely to ask your superiors to double check the matter because I can even give you back your sim card, it is not lost it is safely packed and the only payment I can make is for December 2021 and then you cancel the policy (because during that time I believed I used your services and that was the last of it.
