I recently contacted Rain regarding some issues I was experiencing. After my initial call, they promised to phone me back but didn’t, so I decided to call again. This time, I spoke with Thabo, who was incredibly helpful. Despite our call cutting out a few times, Thabo promptly called me back each time and quickly resolved the issues I was having.
