I received very bad customer service from rain since March I cancelled the loop and it was collected,I even have message now they said I must return the loop while it was collected by their CCD courier,I'm so disappointed by rain U call for assistance they after few weeks your told the matter was not resolved I will escalate this query until they do the right thing
