I received superb customer service from Lerato Fulani. She was professional, well mannered and very knowledgeable. She responded to my initial web contact request within minutes and also kept to her word on checking on my account the next day and promptly called me back to resolve my account issue and proceeded to sign me up to the 5G package requested. She also reserved a discount voucher for me as a new customer which was delightful. I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service thus far, Lerato has set the customer care bar high!
