I received great customer service from Lazlo Martin who helped me upgrade my rain line since I was still using the older router. He instructed me on how the process will go and which documents will be required from me. He was really helpful because the first time he called I was commuting home and asked him to call me later, which he did and he ensured that I have a easy transfer and my line will not be interrupted during the upgrade which means that I will still be able to continue with my work.
