I purchased the Rain 101 for my house in the Eastern Cape

I purchased the Rain 101 for my house in the Eastern Cape. The sales man told me that I will be connected, only to find out that Fibre doesn't connect in my area. I was then asked to pay the first installment so he can unlock my network. I paid then all of a sudden they came and collected their router without refunding me. It's been more than 4 months and I still haven't received my money back.
