I wish I could give negative stars. I was sold a lie, I can't believe their website till this day says up to 10mbs, I can't even hit 1mbs! There are no options to upgrade the current which I assume is 2mbs line. It just says that vague statement of up to 10mbs what a bold faced lie. I honestly don't even want my money back. I'm just gonna leave. You have higher chance of winning the lottery than getting help from this service provider.
