I placed an order on the 7th for pick up and changed it to delivery on the 8th and I yet to receive any assistance

I placed an order on the 7th for pick up and changed it to delivery on the 8th and I yet to receive any assistance. I keep being told they are escalating the matter to the customer service team, but I am not getting assistance. It's been more than 5 business days and I already paid. I've since logged 4 more tickets for the delivery to take place. I am very frustrated
