I placed an order on the 10th and they said it will be delivered in 3-5 working days
I placed an order on the 10th and they said it will be delivered in 3-5 working days. It’s the 22nd today and I haven’t received my order. My kids have been looking forward to the wifi but now it’s almost end of December still no wifi. I am disappointed because I requested a call on the 20th and they did not call me until now but when I requested a call looking for a wifi it took less than 60 seconds to phone me

09 May 2025, 11:59Yes I received the device and I cancelled because it was nit working due to no coverage in my ares. It was collected on the 3/02/2025 I returned it. I received an email stating that they collected the device. If you say I am using the device how cone you did not deduct any money January, February and March then you start deducting in April. I want my money back because the device was collected from me I do not have the device. And please as you say I am using the device, which address am I using the device
