I placed an order on the 10th and they said it will be delivered in 3-5 working days. It’s the 22nd today and I haven’t received my order. My kids have been looking forward to the wifi but now it’s almost end of December still no wifi. I am disappointed because I requested a call on the 20th and they did not call me until now but when I requested a call looking for a wifi it took less than 60 seconds to phone me. They can keep their wifi I do not need it anymore. I am very disappointed

I placed an order on the 10th and they said it will be delivered in 3-5 working days. It’s the 22nd today and I haven’t received my order. My kids have been looking forward to the wifi but now it’s almost end of December still no wifi. I am disappointed because I requested a call on the 20th and they did not call me until now but when I requested a call looking for a wifi it took less than 60 seconds to phone me. They can keep their wifi I do not need it anymore. I am very disappointed

I am a very unhappy species at this moment. I ordered rain wifi on the 10th of December and they told me they will deliver within 5-10 working days. Only to tell me last night that I will get my wifi on the 30th of December. Rain is useless to me. Holiday is almost over and I wanted that wifi for holiday season for my children and I am still buying data while I ordered on the 10th and rain **** to me saying it will be delivered within 3-5working days. I wrote a review Sunday and the reply from rain said I will be contacted. Still I am waiting for them to contact me😡
