I placed an order and signed up on the 1st December 2022 and my payment was also successfully processed. I waited for the router to be delivered and it never happened, and after the CCD Courier failed to deliver the router I had to collect it myself from CCD Couriers offices in Fourways. I got my 5G router collected and SIM Rica'ed on the 09 December 2022. It took rain hundreds of support email to get my SIM card activated. Finally today 17 December 2022. I got connected thanks to Rahdesh Bhagwanth. It took Rahdesh Bhagwanth 10 minutes to get my SIM activated from the first call he did, and he was more professional than the other guys I spoke to before. I would rate the company services 1/5 for poor delivery, poor communication and poor customer support and give Rahdesh Bhagwanth 5/5 for the great customer support service and professionalism.
