I picked up my router at rain called them to connect it the lady said after 24 hours I called again yesterday another lady said it’s not registered

I picked up my router at rain called them to connect it the lady said after 24 hours I called again yesterday another lady said it’s not registered. Today is Wednesday when will it get sorted or connected . Why are they so slow at the call center because they don’t know why it’s not connected
