I pay my account eve...
I pay my account every month and because I change my pay date now I have an outstanding amount of 769...which I paid 739 on the 25th of October.another thing is there call agents some of them can't even speak English.. and one last thing I wifi router blew from lightning on 23rd Dec...it cost me 7 months later to actually go fetch it myself...rain is a joke...I am honestly think about canceling them...I would not recommend rain to no one..joke joke joke

02 Nov 2023, 17:38I was retreched and still I manage to make payment...I ask to move the date because I am working for a new company and payment is between the 25th to the 31 of each month...and it's frustrating that when the 25 come and no funds I sit without wifi...no one told me that will effect me...
