I paid you stop closing my internet

Guys I paid you on the 26th why do you send me a text that I haven't paid you then close my data🤬 you close my network and I paid for who months service but you keep closing my account it's 3 days now without internet and I paid you I am not paying on the 1st I pay on 25th of every month I can't always complain about the same thing every month
