I paid my account yesterday using the card debit option and the money left my account but when i checked my account with them today, they said im still owing like 241 whilst i paid 500 yesterday, they are saying that my money didnt reflect
I paid my account yesterday using the card debit option and the money left my account but when i checked my account with them today, they said im still owing like 241 whilst i paid 500 yesterday, they are saying that my money didnt reflect. had to pay again as i need internet to work because they had cut me off. when i get another provider i am definately leaving RAIN

Out of all my experience with you guys this has to take the cup when it comes to bad service, i have been calling since the 01/08/2023 and still yet the issue hasn't been resolved, i even use my airtime to call and your lines are either dead or i cant get help, i have been sending emails to one of your billing consultants, as she was busy with this issue and she still can not resolve my issue
Capitec Bank wants a declined slip from you guys and you cant give me at-least that,its always another story with you guys, as the month comes to an end soon, i am expected to make a payment for my subscription of R499 but i still have money being help up.
may i please get one of the 2, a declined slip saying that you guys didn't get the money or an authorization letter stating that the bank can release my money to my account. this has dragged on for a long time already

what i am asking for is a declined slip for the R500 that did not go through on the 01/08/2023 seeing that the money wasnt processed on your side
