I paid for nothing

I’m really disappointed with rain, in the past I had try to get rain and they made me do payment online in order to receive my order but I never received anything, it took them months to refund me my cash. Now I’ve decided to give them another chance thinking things have changed and I ordered their new 5G router that comes with the mobile sims, I paid and did the order back in April till today I haven’t been contacted by the courier service, I even wasted a lot of my airtime calling their customer service department where they assured me they’ve cancelled the order as my request and I would get the funds refunded in the next 7 working days. It’s been months now and still nothing from them I’m starting to think this whole company is a big **** I’m really disappointed in them
