I paid for a simcard...

I paid for a simcard on Tuesday for the 4G which they said it will be delivered within 2/3 working days and today when I tracked the delivery it says: POD NOT RETURNED - STILL TO BE INVISTIGATED IN PLZ Which is I don't understand
