I ordered the two free SIM cards in September and it was never followed through by the number of agents I spoke to one Allen Joseph even mislead me in taking up an upgrade as it was no longer available on my R529.00 plan only to find out today that my previous request was never followed through thanks to Kurt my issue was resolved and I even got a follow up call from Kurt stating that the matter was escalated to a team leader I also requested that they cancel my subscription but now that it has been sorted I will stay with Rain not even the bad service I got from the interaction with the previous consultants will change my mind Kurt you are an asset to the company keep up the good work 🙌🙌🙌
