I ordered Rain on the 25th May Got my Router on the 29th May They told me my sim that they sent was activated But it wasn't I called monday a few times, Tuesday a few times, Wednesday a few times, Thursday morning and i have send tickets to let them know it was not activated I called thursday night talked to the first person who fix the problem in an hours time. The sim card codes was not the same as on the system He needs a big big bonus for what he did and how quickly he helped me where the others couldn't, Rain needs more capable people like Ayanda Coka I really want to thank him for helping me after 4 days of no one helping me.
