I ordered rain 5G router in September 2023 when it was on the R1 special, it was delivered three weeks later

I ordered rain 5G router in September 2023 when it was on the R1 special, it was delivered three weeks later. Upon delivery, the router never had network and couldn't connect any of our phones, I was billed the full amount for October even though I kept calling and asking to cancel the contract. I've been calling daily for over a week requesting to cancel the contract and I was told the matter will be escalated to the cancelations department but when I called again today, I was told the matter was never escalated anywhere. I'm still waiting. I wish there was an option to rate below 1 star. I regret taking this package. All I want is to be given my money back and for them to take back their router.
