I ordered a router on the 18th of July, expected delivery 3-5 business days, after the consultant got the delivery address wrong I only received it on the 2nd of August. Activation takes place 2 hours after receiving the device, over 24 hours later, several calls logged, the device is still not active. No communication from them but the moment you contact them for a sale they respond almost immediately. I definitely do not recommend them and their services. I'm happily returning their devices.
