I ordered a router more than a week ago

I ordered a router more than a week ago. It is now two days past the 5 business days waiting period. The Rain call centre agents are very helpful and friendly. Excellent service from them, however, it is very disappointing that I have to struggle to find out when I will have internet. I needed the router quickly and now I’m stuck waiting not knowing when it will be delivered. My bank account has already been debited and yet I’m still without internet.
