I ordered a router from Rain, and CCD Couriers had confirmed a delivery time for this morning

I ordered a router from Rain, and CCD Couriers had confirmed a delivery time for this morning. The requirement was stated as urgent, however, 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery, CCD Couriers called to say they wouldn't be able to deliver today. I've requested to escalate the issue, called Rain four times today, and am still waiting for a response. I have no idea when to expect the delivery.
