I ordered a rain 5G router on the 25th and they said they will deliver within 3 to 5 days

I ordered a rain 5G router on the 25th and they said they will deliver within 3 to 5 days . Since I ordered I never received any communication from rain nor CCD their delivery company. I don't have a tracking number, when I called CCD they didn't have my order from rain on their system .I still haven't received my order and today is Friday. I'm not happy at all
