I only missed a payment of R550 for November in December

I only missed a payment of R550 for November in December. When I called to tell them to reconnect me yesterday I was told to pay R529 but today when I tried to pay using easypay . I was told to pay R1050, that I don't have. I really don't understand.How it has it come to that amount as the line has been disconnected. This is a daylight robery at it best
