I never had a stable internet connection

I never had a stable internet connection. I logged more than 20 calls with their customer service line. They were never helpful. My internet would work for the next hour and so and then I wouldn’t have access to the internet until I logged another call. I asked numerous time that the agent call me back after an hour so that they can see that there isn’t an internet connection. When I started with rain, they told me that they’ll charge me on a pro rata basis. What actually happened was that at the end of the month I had to pay the normal subscription fee and I had to catch up on last months supposed “pro rata” fee. I asked the agent that signed me up if the WiFi is truly uncapped i.e. unthrottled and unshapped. He assured me it is. The wifi becomes much slower as time and usage progresses. He **** But how would I really know, I paid for two months of uncapped WiFi and never received INTERNET! If you work from home, do not get Rain. The internet is unreliable, they have horrible customer service and the internet is much slower than advertised
