I need someone from the company to call me and communicate

I am so disappointed with Rain,when they were supposed to Debit your account they'll never do so.When you missed payments they go straight into your account.What the hell is that??

I wasn't working for sometime got ill admitted for a while,didn't even have an access to the phone to contact them,got back to work on the 1st of September somebody advanced me till end of the month then Rain decided to sweep off all the funds in my account yesterday which was the 15th not 25 or last day of the month as per our agreement.I want my money back into my account then will arrange and pay them.
