I need my refund
I made a payment yesterday they deducted twice when I try to call them they do not answer instead of taking 625 they too 1250... rain is ridiculous
When i sign in it keeps on saying they habe an error, when I call they dont pick up, their online assistant keeps on referring me back

04 Mar 2025, 19:12You can never do that i only have a month to month contract with you, i didn't pay in feb and now you debit twice, please return my money i didn't skip any month, i ne d my money back please then for march i will pay on the month same as for April, you can never do as you please please refund my money back....
