I need my refund

Please assist, I am battling to get my refund from rain. Funny they did not waste time to get their router from me but not moving when it comes to my refund. I get one and same answer, we escalating your call to accounts. Is been a month now and nothing is happening I need my R699 I did not use their service. Useless service provider.
