I need my Refund 😡

I cancelled my services with Rain and explained that I moved to a tower with no coverage for rain , in May. Cancellation was acknowledged but yet my account was debited even though I didn’t use their sim the whole month of June.

I had no issues with their services, I just don’t understand why you would take my money like that
