I NEED HELP

This company i tried to explain to them i only have 4G sim card not 5G modem router and they said if i do not pay they stop it and will continue when payment is made the account has accumulated to 3000 and with with any help they say i must pay for something i did not use and yes i only helped my brother in law and the first month they deducted money from him and 2 month i deducted 1984 from me for both accounts 😢😢😢😢😢

Everything was blockedi only used june yes but july was of and left it at home and with the telephone conversation i was told the credit will be rent
