I need feedback
I'm very disappointed with Rain as they offered me 5g plan and they advised me to cancel the 4g plan I was using. Money was deducted from my account on the 28th of September 2021 and the 4G plan was cancelled on 1 October. I'm still waiting for my order for 5g plan to arrive and no feedback from Rain

05 Oct 2021, 07:22It has been a week now since you last took my money, promising me a service that has not been delivered. This is very insane. No one has called back to inform me what is going on but you are quick to debit my account. Can I have a detailed feedback by 10am or this will certainly escalate to the Ombudsman
